FUNCTIONAL FEATURES
Automatic granule packing machine can finish the entire process including bag making, volumetric cup measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, and lot number printing automatically.
Bilingual display screen control system with a stainless steel cabinet. Users can set required data (such as filling volume and bag size) in the visual interface; the control system will automatically optimize all programs to achieve the best packing speed.
The volumetric cup dosing system ensures consistent filling for free-flowing granules, combined with a stepper motor control for high precision and stable operation.
Equipped with a high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor (color mark tracker) to ensure precise cutting of the bag at the trademark design position.
Suitable for various heat-sealable complex films and packaging materials. It features reliable performance, low noise, clear sealing texture, and strong airtight sealing effect.
