APPLICATIONS
This premade pouch (doypack) filling and sealing machine is designed for automatic weighing and packaging of a wide variety of granular, solid, and small discrete products, suitable for food, hardware, and industrial applications.
Widely used for packaging free-flowing food granules and agricultural products, including coffee beans, roasted coffee, soybeans, peas, corn kernels, rice, grains, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, pet food, animal feed pellets, and snack products. The multihead weighing system ensures accurate dosing and consistent pouch filling.
Suitable for small hardware items such as tile leveling spacers, clips, plastic fittings, screws, bolts, fasteners, anchors, connectors, and similar construction accessories. The premade pouch system ensures neat appearance and reliable sealing for retail-ready packaging.
Applicable for industrial granules and solid materials, including plastic pellets, resin granules, chemical particles, masterbatch, additives, desiccants, and other non-dusty industrial components requiring precise weight control.
The machine supports various premade pouch formats, such as stand-up pouches (doypack), zipper bags, and flat pouches, making it suitable for both retail packaging and industrial bulk packing lines.
