APPLICATIONS

This vertical powder VFFS packaging machine is designed for hygienic and efficient packaging of a wide range of food-grade powders. In addition to formula milk powder, it is suitable for dairy powders, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, protein powder, nutritional supplements, infant cereal powder, coffee powder, cocoa powder, flour, starch, and seasoning powders.

Equipped with a precision auger dosing system and stable film forming structure, the machine ensures consistent filling accuracy and reliable sealing performance for fine and light-density powders. The stainless steel construction meets food production requirements and supports continuous automatic operation in dairy processing plants, nutritional product factories, and food manufacturing facilities.

The system supports pillow bags and gusseted bag formats and can be integrated with upstream powder feeding systems and downstream conveying or cartoning units to form a complete automatic powder packaging line.
