APPLICATIONS

This multi-lane liquid and paste packaging machine is designed for high-speed four side seal sachet production of various liquid and semi-liquid products. In addition to tomato ketchup, it is suitable for chili sauce, soy sauce, salad dressing, mayonnaise, honey, fruit jam, chocolate sauce, syrup, cooking oil, and other food condiments.

The machine is also applicable to cosmetic and daily chemical products such as shampoo, lotion, cream, liquid soap, and gel products, as well as certain pharmaceutical or health-care liquids. With synchronized multi-track filling, it significantly increases production capacity while maintaining consistent dosing accuracy and sealing quality.

The system supports continuous automatic operation and can be integrated with upstream storage tanks and downstream counting or cartoning systems to build a complete multi-lane sachet packaging line.
