APPLICATIONS

The 4–10 and 4–12 lanes liquid multilane packing machines are designed to form and fill multiple sachets or stick packs simultaneously, achieving a stable production speed of 30–55 cuts per minute depending on liquid characteristics and filling system configuration. This makes the machine ideal for high-efficiency, high-volume liquid packaging lines.

Multiple liquid filling systems are supported, including peristaltic pumps, piston pumps, and ceramic pumps, ensuring accurate, hygienic, and reliable dosing for liquids with different viscosities and compositions.

The machine supports flexible packaging formats such as back-sealed sachets and stick packs, with adjustable bag length and multiple cutting modes to meet various market and branding requirements.

In addition, the system can be integrated with downstream equipment such as counting units, cartoning machines, and secondary bagging or vertical form fill seal machines to build a complete automated liquid packaging line.
