APPLICATIONS
We provide automatic multilane sachet and stick pack packaging solutions for honey and other liquid or viscous products, suitable for small to large-scale production requirements.
The 4–10 and 4–12 lanes multilane liquid packing machines are designed to produce multiple sachets simultaneously, with a stable output of 30–55 cuts per minute depending on product characteristics and filling method. This makes them ideal for high-efficiency and high-volume production lines.
The machines support various filling systems, including peristaltic pumps, piston pumps, and ceramic pumps, ensuring accurate and hygienic dosing for different liquid viscosities.
Flexible packaging formats are available, such as back-sealed sachets and stick bags, with customizable bag length and multiple cutting options to meet diverse market demands.
In addition, we can supply secondary packaging equipment, including counting devices, cartoning machines, and bag-in-bag vertical packaging machines, to build a complete automated packaging line.
