APPLICATIONS

This high speed popcorn packaging line is designed for automatic weighing and packaging of various puffed snacks and light granular food products. In addition to popcorn, it is suitable for potato chips, corn snacks, cheese balls, rice crackers, extruded snack pellets, coated peanuts, and other similar snack foods.

The system integrates a high-speed multihead weigher with a continuous motion VFFS packaging machine, enabling precise weighing, fast bag forming, and reliable sealing. It supports pillow bags and gusset bags commonly used in retail snack packaging.
